DMCA statement

Most photographs shown alongside listings are supplied through an IDX feed and belong to the listing brokerage or the photographer it engaged. Team Yannett publishes them under the terms of that feed. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act promptly.

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a valid notice must include all of the following:

1. 01A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or someone authorised to act for them.
2. 02Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. 03The URL of each page on this site where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it.
4. 04Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
5. 05A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. 06A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Where the material came from the MLS feed rather than from us, we will also refer the notice to the originating brokerage and to the feed provider, since removal at this site alone will not resolve it elsewhere.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

It is our policy to remove material in appropriate circumstances and, where warranted, to terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others.
