When you submit a form on this site — a showing request, a question about a listing, a home valuation request or a pre-approval enquiry — we collect the name, email address and phone number you provide, along with any message and the listing the enquiry came from.

We do not require an account to browse listings, and this site does not put you behind a registration wall to see property details.

Enquiries are delivered to Lofty Inc., the customer relationship management platform Team Yannett uses, so that Ed or Lisa can respond. Lofty processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Listing photographs and data are fetched from the MLS content delivery network through this site’s own server rather than directly by your browser, so your visit is not disclosed to the listing feed provider.

To answer your enquiry, arrange showings, send information about properties you asked about, and stay in touch about your search or sale. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may record standard server request logs — IP address, time, page requested — for security and reliability.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@myhomesavannah.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting your record means we can no longer act on an open enquiry.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
